How to?

Transfer the video clips from my PC to my iPod. Video clips from my digital camera which I keep in my PC. I've got the 60GB version with video, iTunes 6.0.1.3, Quicktime 7.0.3, and the Videora iPod Converter. Even after I've done the 'transcode'thing, iTunes doesn't sense my video clips. I've followed the directions given on the paper that is distributed by the Apple centre but am still stuck. If anyone knows, please please email me. Thanks!
